all right, i think i'll stick with this layout for a while. it isn't colorful, but it is so awesome that i just have to have it. at least for a little while, anyway.
not a whole lot of new stuff has happened. the international supper to benefit just 1 day was this past friday night. it was a flop. we broke even. i think we got a few donations, though, actually, so it wasn't a total loss. there was so much food. i swear there was a week's worth of leftovers. whatever wasn't brought home by the folks that showed up was delivered to the local halfway house. i'm really happy about that. the person who delivered it said that the folks living there were stoked.
work has been just dandy. manager's back, though, which is kind of a bummer, but what can you do. he had to come back sometime. i make him out to be a total jerk, but he's really not. he's a great manager. he and i are just very different people and he doesn't understand me, which limits conversation strictly to starbucks-related stuff. oh well.
i need to go exercise. gotta fit into my bikini in a couple of weeks!! very important! bye!
