busy busy busy! bzzzzzzz

today was love-l-y!
i did searches on the net to find the adoption agency from where i came, in an effort to get medical records of the biological 'rents. guess what? it doesn't exist anymore. so i e-mailed another agency in the same area and asked them for info. hopefully they'll get back to me within a week or so.
i also found out all kinds of info about SMTC and sent a request for an application. and started the FAFSA junk...ugh. FAFSA paperwork. for those of you familiar with it...you know all-too-well how tedious it is.
mom and i went shopping today! i got a belated christmas gift for miranda (i'm making a point to stop calling her 'roomie'...after all, i've known her for over a year now), a wallet, a cookbook, and some ice cream at Friendly's with mum. yummm! it was a good way to spend our last night together for a while.
called my ben, my wonderful ben, and we had a great conversation. two conversations, actually. and tomorrow we'll drive back to school together and he'll stay over, i hope.
i get to see george soon! yayyy! i missed the big doggy sooo much. i can't wait to see those droopy, bored-looking eyes.
the job search will start on monday at pizza dome, and if i am unsuccessful there, governor's will be next, followed by...*sigh*...mcdonald's. oh well, whatever, it's money. i just hope i'm not stuck at mcdonald's. at least at the first two places, the option of a discount on food actually seems appealing, hehe.
